OHRC to Oshawa Landlords--Stand and Deliver

Did you know that, according to the Ontario Human Rights Commission, rowdy, slovenly students have a "human right" to band together in cheap rental accommodations, and that landlords of such housing have no right to deprive them of their, er, "rights"? You can read all about here, an OHRC pronouncement to the city of Oshawa, which is grappling with the issue. Notice how the OHRC is most specific about the wording of housing policy, making sure that every "i" is dotted and "t" is crossed so that landlords are, you should pardon the expression, locked out of options (because that's what the commissars do--remove the options of small business owners to conduct their affairs as they see fit while empowering those who, for their own selfish reasons, would negatively impact those businesses).
