The Infinite Malleabiliy of "Human Rights"

"Human rights" means whatever the powers-that-be want it to mean. In the wacky Wahhabi Kingdom, for instance, where there are no tangible human rights to speak of, "human rights" apparently refers to the failure of ordinary people to report infrastructure problems--a deep pit in a residential area; a live electrical wire at a playground--to authorities, the remedy for which, according to this Arab News report, is more "education".
