Sang Froid in Stockholm

Here's my favourite part of an AP report about bombs going off in the Swedish capital (thought to be the work of one or more Muslims upset over Lark Vilks's Mo the pooch sketch and Swedes in Afghanistan):
The security police said then that the terrorism threat in Sweden remained low compared to that in other European countries.
Thornberg said Saturday's attack does not change the terror threat alert in the Nordic country.
Yes, why get excited about actual bombs exploding on actual city streets as long as the perceived "threat" of terrorism remains comparatively low?
