The Scam of 'Interfaith' a Going (and Growing) Concern
The situation for Jews in Europe is grim bordering on the dire, in large part because, not to put too fine a point on it, Europe's surging Muslim population hates Jews/Zionists. And yet, foolish, delusional Jews persist in thinking that A) Muslims and Jews, being minorities, are pretty much in the same boat in that both are the objects of similar derision; that B) Muslim Zionhass is not such a biggie, and that, for the sake of the discussion, the subject of Israel should be avoided at all cost; that C) "interfaith" efforts are one big scam if the Saudis are involved in any way (which they usually are); that D) there's nothing that can't be resolved if people of faith sit down in good faith to a convivial repast of tasty samosas. Case in point: that World Jewish Congress dude who won't give the twinning/interfaith balderdash a rest:
The Jewish and Muslim leaders will be received at the European Union Commission and European Council where a delegation will meet with EU President President Herman Van Rompuy to whom a joint declaration will be presented.
"Fostering good relations between Muslims and Jews in Europe is critical if we want to offer the next generation a better future here," Rabbi Schneier said, adding: "And let’s not forget that these two religious minorities not only face common challenges – in the form of anti-Semitism and Islamophobia, for example – they are also part of the European fabric of the 21st century."
"As we showed in America, when people talk with each other, and not just about each other, tensions can be reduced and trust built."...
No, Rabbi, what you showed was that the Saudis are awfully good at pulling the wool over your eyes (anti-Semitism=Islamophobia--oh, please), and that you, silly dhimmi, are more than willing to walk around with a facefull of fluffy Wahhabi fleece.
