It's No Flukey She's 'Ukie'

The Canadian government has just announced the latest appointment to the "human rights" mausoleum's board of trustees. Her name is Dr. Lindy Ledohowski, and according to the bio on her website
Her academic specialization is contemporary Canadian literature, and she uses Ukrainian Canadian literature in English (shortened on this website to "Ukie CanLit") to theorize ethnic angst.
Wow, she sounds like the perfect fit for the national shrine to victimhood, especially if the government is hoping to appease those Ukrainian Canadians who've been acting right testy of late.

    I wonder if Lindy Ledohowski, Ph.D.
    is related to Leo Ledohowski, head of the CanadInns chain of hotels, an influential Winnipeg businessman.
