The U.K. government has someone who—I kid you not—is the official "sex czar". And she's about to unveil a plan to prevent/curtail/limit/regulate the "sexualization of children."
Because that's what the loco nanny state does. It acts in loco parentis, thereby juvenilizing (and making dependants of) its citizenry.
She'll have to fight it out with Kevin Jennings, Obama's "safe schools" czar, who is all for allowing "gay" children to get in touch with and accept their gayness at the earliest possible age.
