Not "Mixed"--and In No Way a "Blessing"

The Calgary Herald's Susan Martinuk argues that Aboriginal Canadians coming under the umbrella of our "human rights" legislation for the first time is a "mixed blessing" because it will likely result in their lodging complaints with our kooky "human rights" bodies, thereby enabling them to stew in age-old grievances, thereby detracting from Canada's societal cohesion.

Well, yes. But isn't that a function of the way our "human rights" codes have been written as well as how  the system has been set up, and not of any one particular "victim group" making use of it?
