Hugo's Summer Vaca

How crappy is the Venezuelan medical system? It's so crappy that the land's thug-in-chief is headed to sunny Cuba for chemo. This bit made me giggle:

He left after giving up some powers and saying doctors had found no malignant cells in his body after cancer surgery last month.

No malignity in his body? I find that hard to believe. Surely there's plenty left, even if it's not necessarily of the cancerous kind.
