Summoning up their highest dudgeon (which is very high indeed), these academics insist that such exposure is merely "an excuse for censorship." But what they're really saying is that they don't like hearing voices of defiance, and would prefer if the non-Quislings would please shut the hell up. In other words, their notion that non-"progressives" want to censor people is, quite simply, a matter of their projecting their own true desires onto others.
