Free in the Economic Sense; Not So Free in the Free Speech Sense

According to a Frasier Institute report, Alberta is bar none "the most economically free jurisdiction in North America." So kudos and high fives all around for that, eh? Too bad it is also home to one of the loopiest "human rights" establishments in the world. Which may not have much impact--for now--on the economics, but which gives what is otherwise a paragon of freedom a big black eye.
