Moderate, Shmoderate

Re the dicey issue of "moderates" and "extremists" in the Arab Spring world, Daniel Greenfield gets it exactly right when he observes:

We have no friends among the Islamist forces of the Arab Spring; only enemies who hate us moderately and enemies who hate us extremely.

Update: Striking a Hitlerian tone, a general with Egypt's "moderate" Muslim Brotherhood says it'll require a real "Kampf" (okay, he called it a "jihad"--same diff) to cleanse Jerusalem of the filth of the Juden (okay, he called them "Zionists").
