Coming Soon: Al Quds Day 2013

No details yet on this year's local Zionhass bash, but here's what's planned for Londonistan (the spectacle is sponsored by the usual rogue's gallery of Khomeinists and other horrid Zion-loathers):

Join the annual Al Quds Day Demonstration organised by the Quds Committee this year on Friday 02 August 2013.  As usual, this will be a major national event with thousands of people coming from all over the country to show their solidarity with the people of Palestine and oppressed people everywhere. 

The theme this year will be the liberation of Palestine.  The day is not exclusive to Palestine, but rather global oppression will be remembered through the symbolic prism of the Palestinian struggle against the Zionist occupying regime.

Support Al Quds Day by doing the following:

• Distribute leaflets and posters (available from IHRC) in your local mosque and Islamic Centres 
• Make announcements in your local Mosque and Islamic Centre for the Al Quds Day Demonstration
• Volunteer on Al Quds Day

an upbeat monthly publication aimed at Muslims going out across the UK. 40,000 copies of the magazine being sent out each month to Muslims across various Islamic establishments the magazine is a voice to many Muslims, whether they are students or working or taking time out the magazine is widely read and respected. With a fresh outlook and many of the next generation Muslims contributing to the magazine it’s truly to become the real voice for young Muslims.

The mob attack came after months of anti-Shiite hate speech; the week before the incident, Mr. Morsi appeared on stage at an event with hard-line Sunni clerics who denounced Shiites as “filthy.” Tensions over Mr. Morsi’s rule have been running strong for some time. On Friday, at least three people were killed and hundreds were injured in protests, and many fear violence during protest rallies set for June 30, the first anniversary of his inauguration. The army has warned it may intervene if things get out of control. Mr. Morsi’s speech to the nation on Wednesday offered little to appease critics demanding his resignation.
