Well, it would, wouldn't it, since the recipe incorporates many of the cockamamie progressivisms the Ceeb holds dear--no choice for parents (private schools are outlawed in the name of "egalitarianism") and students given an easy ride (no homework; no standardized testing until students are in their teens). The idea that such a system would work here, in the multiculti Trudeaupia, is laughable in the extreme.
