Spaghetti Strainer: A Religious Head Covering That Would Be Banned in Pauline Marois' Quebec?
Jackass wore a metal colander on his head for his driver's license photo, claiming to be a Pastafarian. If the Quebec premier has her way, such religious signifiers would be outlawed for those offering public services in la belle province.
