Further to this from yesterday: a look at the Revision History of Levin's Wiki page reveals that on at least three occasions someone tried to change the entry to include the criminal charges relating to Levin's alleged involvement in kiddie porn. Each times the revision, though reliably sourced, was rejected because of--and flagged for--"possible BLP issue or vandalism" or "vandalism" alone.
There's something's really fishy here, no? Who is rejecting these revisions, and why are they able to get away with it?
The BLP policy, somewhat perversely, suggests that editors should "give serious consideration to not including material" about criminal charges that haven't been resolved. I doubt the active Wiki editors are entirely consistent about this.
ReplyDeleteWho = any Liberal apparatchik or useful idiot from the Lying Jackal's secretary on down.
ReplyDeleteHow can they get away with it? = Wikipedia is a socialist friendly venue, they so stuff like the all the time. Truth only counts when it makes a Conservative look bad.
My correctly sourced and neutral edit, made this afternoon, was also deleted by this vandal Auric.
ReplyDeleteMy edit today was also vandalized by Auric, a liberal from NB.
ReplyDeleteAlas, poor Auric we knew him...not at all. ;)
ReplyDeleteAuric is an interesting character. He has Asperberger's and has written Wiki entries on a variety of obscure and esoteric topics, including "Haggis Hurling" and "Exclamations used by Captain Haddock" of Tintin fame.

ReplyDeleteHere's his info: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:Auric
ReplyDeleteLots of people have Asperger's, most of them aren't Liberal apparatchiks who frig up wiki pages on command, for propaganda.
ReplyDeleteThis guy must be a full on idiot-savant, emphasis on the idiot part.
He's clearly someone with lots of time on his hands who uses Wiki as a way to fill it.
