Mandarin Restaurants Offer Free Food for Canadians on Canada Day

It's free and all-you-can-eat--but only if you can provide proof of citizenship.

B-b-b-b-but I thought Toronto is a "sanctuary city" and no one is a beagle, er, illegal.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if some non-citizen lodged a "human rights" complaint about Mandarin's egregious "discrimination."
