I'd hold off on that gratitude. Knowing Kerry and his snippy boss, I'm pretty sure such blame is just around the corner.

Speaking of global warming, this is the coldest February in Toronto on record. Are the "experts" sure that what we're experiencing isn't global (or, at least, local) cooling?
