Therefore, we have to be on alert against those people.”Artie seems to be condemning ISIS--I think. At the same time, though, he doesn't want anyone to point out that the jihadis' Islamic roots are showing.
As for the identity of "those people"--I'm not exactly sure who they are but I have a feeling that I might be one of them.
