Dumb Obami At Sea--Again--On the "Terror" Question

The "deep thinkers" of the Obama administration are split on the question of who poses the greater "terror" threat, ISIS or Al Qaeda?  (Personally, I believe Iran blows away all competition in the "strongest horse" sweepstakes, but what do I know.)

For the record, it is obvious that, when it comes to the battle for Sunni supremacy, ISIS is the clear-cut winner. It is also clear that, having singled out Al Qaeda as the most pressing threat, the Obami are loath to change their no-global-jihad-to-see-here-folks narrative, the one which has served them so well during King Barack the Blind's reign.
