What's the Difference Between How Jake Tapper Moderated the GOP Debate and How Andy Cohen "Moderates" a Real Housewives Reunion?

From what I saw--Tapper, as per his promise, pitting one candidate against another Cohen-style so as to gin 'em up and see what sort of fracas ensured--not a whole hell of a lot.
