"Justice Involved Youth"

A euphemism which makes it sounds as though said youth were eager to pursue a career in social justice endeavours and/or the law, but which, in the Obami's Orwellian parlance, actually refers to young'uns who used to be call juvies. (Even the Canadian euphemism--"young offenders"--is less squishy.)
