It buys you the "friendship" of Bill 'n' Hill Clinton, the approbation of Hollywood leftists like Meryl Streep and a glowing article in the Los Angeles Times.
In other words, what could have funded, say, a major cancer clinic that's on the cutting edge of finding effective treatments and/or a cure buys you, well, plenty of nuthin'.
