An observant Muslim says he's fed up with the Ramadan shakedown that goes on in mosques and that uses fear and guilt to extract shekels from fasting believers--and then never seems to use the money for anything tangible. His question: where is the cahs going?

At least when we Jews are guilted during Yom Kippur synagogue services we know where our money is going.
