$400,000 to put a camel sculpture in front of the American embassy in Islamabad?

If they had to spend that much money, wouldn't an elephant (which, unlike a camel, is native to those parts) have made more sense?


Ironically enough, this U.S. taxpayer-funded camel
is a white elephant.
