In the U.S., non-Nobelist Michael Mann is suing Steyn for dissing Mann's high sticking. Here is Canada, Andrew Weaver, "Canada's leading climate scientist," is suing the National Post for defamation. (Odd how the Post caved when the issue was free speech but appears to be putting up a fight against Weaver.)
