How Many Potential Syrian "Migrants" Are There?

There's an estimated 10.6 million of them--half of Syria's pre-war population--a number no Western nation or combination of nations could possibly hope to absorb.

Don't expect the UN to create an separate agency to deal with the vast number of Syrian refugees, though. That singular distinction--a UN "refugee" agency of one's very own--is reserved exclusively for those purportedly displaced because of Jews.
