Kony Campaign Uses Emotional Cues to Tap Into Mob Mentality

I don't know about you, but I find the whole out-of-the-blue internet campaign to arrest an admittedly gawdawful Ugandan, a campaign that went mega-virulent and got all the kids a-talkin', to be truly terrifying. That's because I see it as a desire on the part of those who launched it to acquire power quickly--to create and try to direct a virtual mob. All's I can is: beware of that.
