The "social justice" control freak/faux-Zionist claims that American Jews who aren't receptive to his Israel-must-become-a Jewtopia message are stuck in a chrysalis. In fact, Beinart and his ilk, who make shrill and excessive demands on Israel in order to establish their bona fides with other leftist elitists (who despise Israel on principle and not, heaven forefend, because they're anti-Semites), are the ones marooned in a cocoon.
