Well, in a sense they probably don't. They're trying to temporize with all of these various negotiations--the kind that useful idiots like Kerry see as an end in themselves--until Iran gets itself the big A . . . then they figure they'll be able to dictate terms to Israel.

They don't really care about Kerry because they know that the UN will continue to give them the legitimacy they seek.
