Obama "Takes Responsibilty" for Mid-Term Losses (Not Really; In Fact, Not At All)

This is the Obama version of Harry Truman's "The buck stops here"--to assert that the reason voters gave Democrats the cold shoulder last week wasn't because his policies sucked (which, clearly, they do) but because he didn't "explain them properly."

Dear POTUS: That isn't taking responsibility. That's making feeble excuses for your own failures, short-comings and f*uck ups.
