Oh, Give Me a Break!

Residents of the MOST MULTICULTURAL CITY ANYWHERE, EVER! were invited to capture the essence of the place in seven words or less. Hundreds, yes, hundreds of Torontonians (in a city of 3 million+) responded, and today the Toronto Star is thrilled to announce the winner in what it hypes as "the big reveal."

And the pithy phrase that best captures the city that has purple Kool Aid coursing through its veins is (drumroll, please):
Toronto's blueprint is...Embracing the world.
Oddly enough, my entry, "Toronto's blueprint is...Embracing the useful idiocy," was summarily rejected.
