Which American Colleges are First Rate When It Comes to Upholding Free Speech/the First Amendment?

Interestingly, Southern institutions dominate the list.

It would be great if such a list could be compiled in Canada, but since we don't have the equivalent of a First Amendment here, and since political correctness is the order of the day on Canadian campuses, the list would be very short, indeed. If, indeed, it were possible to find any Canadian universities where free speech is held in high esteem.
