NatPo Know-Nuthin' Chris Selley Gets It Bass-Ackwards

In his guise as the paper's "FULL PUNDIT," the insight-challenged Selley opines:
Ezra Levant in the Sun Media papers, and the Citizen’s editorialists, are appalled at reports that an Ontario rabbi was threatened with loss of a volunteer chaplain position at York Region Police if he didn’t uninvite Islamophobic lunatic conspiracy theorist Pamela Geller from an event at his synagogue. We quite agree that such threats are unseemly and weird. Because any rabbi who would choose to associate with someone like Pamela Geller is self-evidently unfit for a chaplaincy position at a Canadian police force in the first place — and folding his tent under pressure doesn’t really boost his credentials.
Au contraire, Chris. Any rabbi who would choose to associate with Insp. Ricky Veerappan and the "celebrate diversity--or else" thugs of the York Regional Police ought to have his head examined. The rabbi should have told the bold inspector to stick his ultimatum in his ear because here in Canada we allow people to speak even if someone like Selley doesn't like what they have to say.
