I would have added that it's paganism refracted through the lens of Marxism (a faith based on sharing the wealth, soaking the rich, redistributing the moolah, leveling the playing field, enacting equality of circumstances for all people--except for a small cadre of elites who run everything and have access to all the good stuff--and the rest of that ruinous utopian malarkey).
