The best explanation I ever heard to account for the left-right divide (chasm, really) was the one offered by a like-minded fellow who tries to drop by the Zionist Cabal cave whenever he's in town. He said that he had met a lot of really smart people--Harvard University professors and the like--who see things completely differently than do conservatives. His conclusion: it's not that leftists are stupid, it's that they--and we--exist in alternate realities.

Nah, liberals are mutants. Of the DRD4 gene, to be precise. The same mutation also increases social and sexual promiscuity.
