Canada to Slash Foreign Aid, Including Funds Spent on Such Worthy Recipients as Pakistan, Zimbabwe and...China?

The critics have questioned why Canada continues to give nearly $30 million in assistance to China when it is the world's second-largest economy

China basically holds the mortgage on the U.S. The idea that the Chinese colossus needs our help, or that a paltry $30 million per annum (which, granted, is still big bucks to us) represents so much as a drop in the vast ocean that is China's economy, is as outrageous as it is risible.
