Yeah, interesting that . . . do you think it could have something to do that today's Mormons are averse to blowing up large numbers of innocents or decapitating their enemies? (Of course, the mid-19th century ones, especially once Brigham Young became their leader, could be really bad hombres if they felt threatened by outsiders, e.g., the Mountain Meadows Massacre.)
