Cherokee Who Raised Big Bucks for Obama Gets Big Payoff--A Posting to the UN's Geneva-Based "Human Rights" Racket
A silly Cherokee thinks it's an honour:
A Washington lawyer who played a pivotal role in raising record donations from Native American tribes for President Obama’s reelection was nominated this week to a top diplomatic post, underscoring the strong ties between Indian country and the White House.
Keith Harper, a member of the Cherokee Nation who brought in more than $500,000 for Obama’s 2012 campaign, was named by Obama to serve as the U.S. representative to the United Nations Human Rights Council in Geneva, a job that carries the rank of ambassador.
“I couldn’t be prouder to have a citizen rise to that level of honor,” said Bill John Baker, principal chief of the Cherokee Nation.
Yeah, who wouldn't be proud to rub shoulders with the likes of cryptkeeper Richard Falk?
