'Victims' Can Never Be 'Victimizers'?

Oh yes they can--the are. In Africa. To gays.

Why are we made to feel guilty for African poverty--and send its wretched regimes tons of aid money--when it ends up propping up this oppression?

Bono? Sir Bob? Wanna field that one?
