Jonah Goldberg says the whole Ground Zero mosque controversy/debacle "could have been avoided with some foresight and a few phone calls." Well, yes, but only had the dramatis personae been different--say, Rudy as NYC mayor and a non-dopeychanger in the White House. With the lot we're stuck with it was all more or less foreordained.
