Sanitizing "Saint" Tommy, Canada's Father of Socialized Medicine

He was wrong about--though a vocal proponent of--the discredited science of eugenics (the "settled science" of the time that underpinned Hitler's Final Solution). Couldn't he be wrong about the merits of an exclusively socialistic medical system, too?
