Yeah, the reason couldn't possibly be that their own culture of resentment, victimhood, and political corruption, in synergy with the determination of the larger Arab world (in complicity with the U. N.) to keep said culture alive, is what keeps them mired in failure. (To think like that would be RACIST, as Mr. Romney has been reminded ad nauseam since his Jerusalem speech.)
