This Makes No Sense: Canada Heeds Sharia Adoption Laws, Bans Adoptions of Pakistani Kids, But Pakistan Does Not Heed Same Laws

Question: Why has Canada put the brakes on the adoption of Pakistani children (for reasons of sharia) when at the same time, over in Pakistan, a Muslim "evangelist" is handing out abandoned babies to childless couples on live TV?
