I must confess, I find the tone of outraged innocence that emanates from the _Times_ of Israel article linked in Scaramouche's post rather touching. What else can Israel expect from this Administration, after having experienced its full first term? Obama and his minions _reflexively_ take the side of the Other against America's allies: Ask Hondurans, East Europeans, Colombians, . . . even Canadians. (Keystone Pipeline, anyone?)
What makes Israelis think he sees them as anything especial . . . except perhaps in the sense that they are more to be despised, as the hard Democratic Left considers them to be the honkey gentrifiers in the Palestinian 'hood?
