US Official Downplays Al Qaeda Plot to 'Splode Stuff (Including the US Embassay in Tel Aviv) Because It Was Only "Aspirational"

Aren't all such plots "aspirational" until they're ready to go and become, to coin a word, detonational? Back in the day, the plot to unleash what occurred on 9/11/01 was "aspirational," too.
