I'm usually in synch with George Jonas's opinions, but that's not the case today. In his latest NatPo column, he presents a conversation between his anti-Zionist papa and his Zionist uncle. According to George, even thought the dispute took place many decades ago, nothing much has changed re the Israel-Palestinian conflict, and everything since is "just footnotes."
Problem is neither his father nor his uncle seem to have mentioned Islamic supremacism and the jihad imperative, subjects with which Jonas has more than a passing familiarity. As such, I would venture to say that neither of his relatives really "got it."
