File This One Under "Sucking Up to Muslims"--Big Time

Okay, I understand why (i.e. for security reasons) Toronto cops would want to try to keep the avenues of communication open between themselves and the "broad strata."  But do they really have to "celebrate" Islamic Heritage Month at the local police college? (Hat tip: MW.)



Update: I'm confused. I thought October was Canada's Islamic History Month. Since when is there an "Islamic Heritage Month" (I could find nothing about it online)? And since when is it held in the same month as Christmas?
