Garrison Mentality Does America No Favours

Excessively folksy broadcaster/writer Garrison Keillor, who once sat beside Hillary Clinton at some dinner, puts an exceedingly positive spin on her most notorious hijinks:
She is the first Cabinet officer ever to be held personally responsible for her own email server, something ordinarily delegated to I.T. The fact that terrorists attacked a U.S. compound in Libya under cover of darkness has been held against her, as if she personally was in command of the defense of the compound, a walkie-talkie in her hand, calling in reinforcements.
Actually, Garrison, she was personally responsible. And the fact that she once again broke the law while performing her duties--very badly, of course--should not elicit anyone's high five.
