And so "cutting edge," too. Why, it's as if we all took a hot tub time machine and ended up in 1985.
As a bonus--this "brilliant" Obama quote, part of his "exclusive Q & A" with Bono, appears under the duo's photos on the front page:
Our collective challenge is to pro-actively shape the world we want to see in the future - by seeking, very deliberately, to accelerate development. The return on this investment is potentially enormous.Pretty profound, huh? But, as usual, totally off the mark since, due to Obama's super-profligate spending habits, the U.S. does not possess the financial wherewithal to "accelerate development." Heck, it can't even fund ObamaCare and Cap and Trade and the rest of Obama's "pro-active" transformational programs. Also, there's a little matter of the global jihad and how it's endeavoring to pro-actively shape the world. But you won't see any "guest editors" tackling that issue at the Globe's behest anytime soon: Unlike the "sexy" Africa angle (with guest appearances by Barack Obama!, Ban Ki-Moon! Carla Bruni!, Christy Turlington!, Stephen Lewis!, Kofi Annan!, among others) there's no va-va-voom in holy war.

Saw Geldork the deceiver and Bwahaha on the Ceebs' Opinion Network this morning. No matter how much or how long (now decades)they keep pimping for Africa and its' starving multitudes, there won't be any mention of the religion of peace. No mention of how the harvests of infidels are taken by the immans, muftis, sheiks or whatever the f the "religious" leaders call themselves. No mention of why the problem exists. No mention of Christian ministers being beheaded. No mention of 500 Christians being slaughtered this year. All that and U2 sucks!!!
