Who's Your Favorite Arab Dictator of All Time?

A piece Ha'aretz claims that Israel's fave is Assad fils. So many to choose from, I know, making the choice somewhat difficult. There was Nasser, the Zion-loathing Egyptian who so desperately longed to push the Jews into the sea. Then there's A-jad, who so desperately longs for a world sans Zionism. I admit to having a soft spot, though, for the Tripoli peacock, both for his unerring fashion sense (robes/mumus to die for) and his absolute confidence in his fitness for absolute leadership, despite the obvious drawback of his being, well, absolutely bananas. Also, way back when, he cut a rather dashing figure, in a swarthy Errol Flynnish sort of way. (Back then I also had a crush on Carl Sagan--but that's another story.)
